Booklet of 8 self-adhesive postage stamps at the International Letter rate entitled "Iconique Tour Eiffel" with a central pane illustrated with an image. The stamps in this booklet are illustrated with photographs of collector's items on the theme of the Eiffel Tower, dating from the 1889 World's Fair or later. These objects come from the Musée d'Orsay and private collections: Medal, box of feathers, brooch, set of cubes, pencil sharpener, bottle opener (provenance: Fonds Gustave Eiffel - Musée d'Orsay) Camembert label, magic lantern, plate (other collections). The world-famous silhouette of the Eiffel Tower can be seen on many of the objects collected by lovers of the Iron Lady.
