The 2025 stamp festival inaugurates a new series dedicated to the street arts. The term "street arts" is commonly used to describe artistic performances or events that take place outside pre-assigned venues (theaters, concert halls, museums, etc.) In the street, therefore, on squares or riverbanks, in a railway station or port, as well as in an industrial wasteland or a building under construction... To kick things off, the 2025 stamp pays tribute to jugglers.
